Turn any click on your site into a real phone call, straight from the browser — no app, no number to dial, no cost for the caller.
Every interested visitor who leaves your site without talking to anyone is a sale that might not come back. A form takes time, WhatsApp requires saving a contact, and a phone number printed on an ad generates no data at all about who tried to call. ClickSIP removes that friction: any digital or printed touchpoint of your business — website, social media, business card, storefront, ad — becomes a “Call now” button. The visitor clicks, authorizes the microphone (just like any video call), and the call lands directly on your phone system, ringing exactly like a normal incoming call.
Free from traditional telephony
Forget unstable lines and carrier outages — the signal goes straight from the web to your phone system.
ClickSIP is contracted by number of active ClickSIPs, with a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee that’s only charged while the ClickSIP is active — paused, you don’t pay. SipCode clients with another ecosystem solution active get a 20% discount on any tier.

Does the visitor need to install any app to call?
No. The call happens directly in the visitor's browser, using the same technology behind video calls — the only thing needed is microphone permission when the browser asks for it.
Does the call cost anything for the person calling?
No. Since the call runs over the internet (WebRTC) until it reaches your phone system, the visitor doesn't pay any conventional call charge — just uses the internet connection they already have.
Do I need to replace my phone system to use ClickSIP?
No, as long as your system is compatible (SipCode Cloud PABX, FreePBX, or similar). ClickSIP connects to a virtual extension and routes the call normally to your service queue.
Can I have more than one ClickSIP at the same time?
Yes. The dashboard is multi-company and multi-user, and lets you create as many ClickSIPs as you need — one per department campaign product or branch each with its own number and metrics.
How do I know if ClickSIP is working and delivering results?
Through the reports dashboard, which shows total clicks, QR code scans, and the full funnel through to the answered call, with device and location data for whoever clicked — exportable to Excel and PDF.
Can the QR code be used on printed materials, like a business card or sign?
Yes. There are 8 ready-to-print, high-resolution QR code styles, all with the SipCode logo embedded, ideal for business cards, banners, storefronts, and property signs.
Does it work well on a mobile connection, even with an unstable signal?
Yes. The signaling infrastructure was specifically tuned for mobile networks with aggressive NAT, ensuring the call completes even on unstable 4G/5G — validated in real-world field tests.
